Thermowafer is an early-stage company developing wafer-scale cryogenic thermal management for semiconductors. The work is technically broad and hands-on, spanning microfabrication, heat transfer, MEMS, packaging, and the manufacturing discipline required to move laboratory results into a producible platform.

What we look for
First-principles reasoning
You approach problems from underlying physics and first principles rather than relying solely on precedent, and you make your reasoning transparent.
Bias toward building
You prefer to test, prototype, or fabricate rather than prolong discussion. Progress comes from doing the work.
Early-stage ownership
You operate effectively without rigid role boundaries and take responsibility for closing gaps, even when they fall outside a formal assignment.
