Development Status

ThermoWafer, Inc. is currently advancing through the critical proof-of-concept phase for our integrated thermal management platform. Our primary development focus is the realization of a proprietary wafer-scale MEMS micro-compressor—the foundational subsystem required to enable high-efficiency, chip-level cryogenic cooling.

We are currently utilizing high-fidelity multiphysics simulations to optimize resonant MEMS architectures, focusing on achieving superior pressure ratios and mass flow within a compact microsystems footprint. By leveraging the same precision principles found in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, we are engineering moving microstructures designed for long-term mechanical resilience and active environment control.
